What is the refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. There is a $6.99 flat rate return shipping fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can either:
1) Contact us via our contact form and we will support you through the return process, or
2) Start a return / refund by logging into your account.
What are the shipping options?
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 to 5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days using USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A flat rate shipping fee of $6.99 applies to orders that weigh less than 5 lbs. We do not ship outside of the United States.

What are the international taxes, duties, etc., that I have to pay?
We do not currently ship to countries outside of the United States.
When will I receive my order?
When you receive your order will depend upon the Shipping Method you select (see table above). We typically process your order within 3-5 days, but most orders are shipped within 24-36 hours of the order being received.
What do I do if I never received my order?
When your order is shipped, you should receive an email with a tracking link and number so you can track your order until you receive it. If for some reason you don't receive an email, and/or you don't receive your order, please contact us or call/text us at 234-815-9809.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
You can make changes to your order until we have shipped your order. We typically process your order within 24-36 hours of receiving your order. To make a change to your order, please contact us or call/text us at 234-815-9809 to let us know you want to make a change to your order, and what the change is.

How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
Our products are made from a variety of countries and sources. While most of our pantry essentials food is sourced directly from Greece, some of it is packaged and sold in the US. While most of our products are from Greece, some of our products are made in the US, some of our products are made in Turkey, and some of our products are made in South Korea or China. However, our products go through a stringent selection process based on whether or not the product captures the essence of Greece and Mediterranean living. Please note that many of the items in Greek tourist gift shops are also produced in China and countries other than Greece, and please read our About Us section to learn more about the owners and their mission.
How do I make sure I order the correct size?
We do our best to provide the most comprehensive information about our products. If you are unsure about how a T-Shirt or garment will fit you, please do not hesitate to contact us and we can email you or call you to give you more information about the product you are inquiring about. Additionally, if you place an order for the item and it still does not fit as you expected or like, you have 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
