I bought this gift box to take to my in-laws for Greek Easter. My mother in-law was thrilled. She said she was familiar with the kourabie and said they melt in your mouth when you eat them. She also opened the forest honey and spooned it onto her yogurt before she went to bed. I plan to buy a bigger gift box for her for Mother's Day.
This is the best olive oil I've ever had. It's smooth. It doesn't have that strong grassy flavor. It is not tangy. It's a beautiful golden green color and the right texture. A healthy dip for me to enjoy naan or other bread at dinner. I also put it over my hard-boiled eggs...a family favorite.
